  • “The BGF internship was a great opportunity to learn tangible skills ranging from digital literacy to presentation techniques. BGF are different from traditional investment funds, which was clear from the innovative approaches I learnt.
The most exciting part of the week was the case study, which involved working under time pressure and presenting to a mock investment committee. The collaborative culture at BGF was evident, and the opportunity to learn from a range of experienced individuals was invaluable at this early stage.”

Alice Johnson Studying Financial Economics at the University of St Andrews
  • "Opportunity to practice the work which goes on in private equity, with real-life case studies, gives you unparalleled insights, as well as helping you develop new critical and analytical skills and the opportunity to get practical career tips from people at the top of their field. In the afternoon, you may have a presentation from an employee on their area of business, giving insights into the various routes into the sector and opening your eyes to new opportunities."

James Rabey Studying History at the University of Manchester
  • "I had a phenomenal experience at BGF. BGF stood out to me as an innovative investment firm that has developed a successful and sustainable model. I was given a fantastic insight into growth equity investments from experts in the industry. We learnt about the different stages of investment and the processes that investors go through before acquiring equity in a business. My favourite part of the internship was presenting an investment opportunity to a mock investment committee."

Suraj Johal Studying Economics with International Finance and Banking
