Invenio rebrands for growth acceleration
Technology consulting firm Invenio Business Solutions has completed a rebranding process to cement its preparation for further major growth following its March 2019 investment from BGF. Since the investment last year, the company has expanded their workforce by 35%.
Invenio’s new brand identity has been developed to reflect and support its stated goal of becoming one of the best technology consulting companies in the world in each of its specialist domains. The firm worked closely with a UK-based brand agency, Studio North, to position and express both its customer-facing and internally facing brands.
At the heart of Invenio’s brand mission is establishing the firm as one of the best places to work and one of the best companies to work with. The company also recently announced a partnership with Deep-Insight, demonstrating its commitment to enriching its customer experiences. As for employees, Invenio runs its own academy to develop the next generation of experts, and promotes a culture of individual ownership and accountability.
Arun Bala, CEO at Invenio, explained why the rebrand project was an important part of the company’s growth strategy: “We have experienced significant growth mainly driven by the confidence that our clients and the market have placed in Invenio. Our culture and values are incredibly important to us and have been the fundamental reason for our success. We have therefore taken this step to strengthen them as we move into a position of greater maturity and growth. Our teams are spread out across the world, so it’s important that customers and employees have a consistent Invenio experience, wherever they may be.”
