Hosted by Simon Calver, BGF Ventures held a reception for 80 entrepreneurs in Cambridge, one of the U.K.’s most promising tech clusters. Keynote speakers included Joe Braidwood (Swiftkey marketing head), Clair Ruskin (Unicorn founder and strategy consultant) and the ebullient Matt Kingdon (Co-founder of ?What If! Innovation Partners). Advice ranged from the value of sloppy prototyping, to the virtues of entrepreneurial paranoia.
