Company overview

Petrotechnics provides software and services to organisations in hazardous industries.

Based in Aberdeen and with offices in Houston, Saudi Arabia and Singapore, the company has designed and developed solutions that help their customers make better operational decisions, reduce risk and improve performance.

Following BGF’s investment, the company’s software is now being used by more than 80 000 people from some of the biggest businesses in the oil and gas, rail and petrochemical sectors, across 22 countries.

Petrotechnics was acquired by Sphera Solutions Inc in 2019.
