Biography

Charlotte joined BGF in March 2022 to lead the development of the BGF Foundation, an independent charitable foundation supported by cornerstone funding from BGF.

Most recently, Charlotte led global operations, programme management and the crisis management team at the Lumos Foundation, an international NGO founded by JK Rowling, that works to prevent the institutionalisation of children and to reunite them with their families. Prior to this Charlotte has worked in leadership roles across the charity sector, supporting homelessness, criminal justice and disability.

Charlotte holds a MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Law degree from Queen’s University Belfast. She is a trustee at Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
