Biography
Darren joined BGF in November 2021, applying his expertise to the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition and EDI processes.
He joined from Transport for London, where he was a Manager within its Talent, Diversity & Inclusion directorate. Prior to that, Darren was a Senior Advisor at EY.
Darren is passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing environment and culture, in which all our employees and portfolio companies can thrive. He is Chair of BGF’s Diversity Action Group (DAG).
