Jen joined BGF in January 2021 and is based in our Birmingham office. Jen provides legal support to the investment teams across the BGF offices, which includes support on deal execution and working with BGF’s community of legal advisers. Jen also works on BGF corporate matters.
Jen has over 6 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in the Midlands and South East, covering M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate work.
Jen lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and two young sons.
