Jeni joined BGF in February 2013 from Wragge & Co LLP’s Corporate Department in Birmingham where she worked as a paralegal in the Private Equity Team and latterly the Transaction Services Team.
Prior to Wragge & Co LLP, Jeni spent 16 years with 3i Group plc in Birmingham during which time her responsibilities included assisting its team of lawyers with portfolio administration.
Jeni is responsible for securities administration and provides support to the investment team on various legal aspects of the investment process.
