Biography
Jo joined the London office in March 2023 and is focused on BGF’s life sciences portfolio.
Jo has been active in the life sciences sector for over 20 years, as a CEO, non-executive chair, board director, and co-chair of UK government health innovation funding streams. She has experience in operating roles in SMEs, startups, global biotech, and investment banking in the UK and US, and has also worked as an advisor to investment funds in the sector.
Outside of work, Jo is a charity trustee and a keen cyclist, alongside wrangling two boys and a springer spaniel.
