Biography

John has been with BGF since 2021 and works alongside Andy Watts in managing our Expertise on-Demand (EoD) offering, a service to accelerate value creation within our portfolio. EoD offers efficient introductions and access to pre-qualified, senior individuals and boutique consultancies in key functional areas. John also supports our businesses by providing advice on executive hiring, as well as working with our investment teams across the UK and Ireland on a number of areas of our due diligence process.

Before BGF, John’s early career was an officer in the British Army, subsequently moving into recruitment for private equity funds, both internal roles and for their portfolio companies.
