Biography

Karolina joined BGF in November 2022 as part of the Investment Team in London. Her main role is in sourcing and executing investments, with a particular focus on healthcare.

Prior to BGF, Karolina worked at Lincoln International in the Healthcare M&A team, executing buy and sell-side mandates across healthcare services, pharma services and medtech. She began her career at KPMG in the Corporate Finance team where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Karolina holds a MEng. in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London.
