Biography

Michael joined BGF in August 2021 to further expand the Business Intelligence function that enables better decision making and management information around the business. He comes from AmWins Globals Risks Ltd., having 5+ years of experience across the Microsoft Stack of BI tools including SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Python. He is also accredited with an MCSA for Database Development and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Hertfordshire.

Michael has developed a variety of solutions across multiple companies such as a data warehouses, cubes, and scalable loss ratio calculators.

In his spare time, he is an avid gym-goer, keen fantasy reader but is most in his element when skiing in the Alps.
