Biography

Sophie joined BGF’s Talent Network team in May 2018 and is based in London. Her role is focused on cultivating BGF’s relationships with an external network of experienced Board Directors, in order to offer BGF portfolio companies access to a pool of exceptional talent.

Sophie works with BGF-backed companies across all stages with a particular focus on Non-Executive Directors and Chairs.

Sophie was formerly Head of Talent for mid-market Private Equity firm Lyceum Capital, where she managed the firm’s relationships with senior Board Directors across a range of sectors and geographies but with a particular focus on Technology and Technology-enabled Business Services.
