BGF’s investment supported the company’s acquisition of Durham-based Peterlee Glass, helping extend its presence into the North East, as well as expanding its capacity in Peterlee through a new manufacturing site.

After three years, we exited our investment in Brownhills in 2018 to Duke Royalty, a provider of alternative capital solutions.
