BGF-backed SaleCycle acquires BEYABLE

Gateshead-based SaleCycle has acquired the French technology company, to create a European challenger martech platform for e-commerce brands.

14 January 2026

SaleCycle, a global leader in e-commerce solutions, has acquired BEYABLE, a fast-growing French technology company, specialising in on-site personalisation and conversion optimisation.

The agreement will combine two complementary businesses, to create one of Europe’s most advanced full-funnel conversion platforms, meeting growing demand for solutions that help e-commerce brands convert more visitors and drive measurable revenue. The combined platform will integrate identity resolution, behavioural intent scoring, on-site personalisation, A/B testing, and remarketing across email, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS.

“This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for e-commerce performance. By bringing together identity resolution, behavioural scoring, and on-site personalisation, we are creating a platform that helps brands engage and convert every visitor intelligently in real time – something the market has been demanding for years.”
Fabien Sanchez
CEO of SaleCycle

BGF backed SaleCycle in 2018, providing growth capital, to support both innovation and international expansion. This strategic move marks the next step in SaleCycle’s evolution as a leader in e-commerce performance, meeting brands’ demand for a unified approach to recognising, understanding, and activating customers in real-time.

“It’s fantastic to see SaleCycle deliver against its strategy to build a European-owned martech platform that offers brands a trusted alternative to global marketing suites. This demonstrates the global potential of tech businesses based across the regions, and SaleCycle is a brilliant example of impressive international expansion from a North East HQ.”
Barry Jackson
Regional Partner at BGF

By combining advanced conversion capabilities with strong European data governance, the deal will help e-commerce businesses meet compliance requirements, while optimising performance across identity, personalisation and remarketing. Serving more than 300 enterprise brands, across retail, travel, telco, and luxury, SaleCycle will now offer a modern, API-first solution. This will provide an alternative to heavy legacy suites, while complementing the power of platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe and other marketing clouds.

“Joining forces allows us to scale our vision globally, while continuing to deliver the agility and measurable ROI our customers value. This merger will enable us to address new markets and verticals that SaleCycle has supported for more than 15 years, creating new opportunities for growth and innovation for our customers.”
