Biography

Darsen joined BGF in October 2022 as part of the Portfolio Finance team, on a contract basis. Darsen previously worked with HSBC in Hong Kong, on valuation, external reporting, accounting policy and stress testing.

He has also worked with PwC in Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands and Trinidad, in audit and technical accounting/consulting, focused on asset management. Darsen started his career with KPMG in Trinidad.

Darsen enjoys a variety of fitness activities, sports and music (plays the drums and guitar). He holds a Master of Science, in Accounting and Finance, from the Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen Business School) and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). Darsen is also a CFA® charterholder.
