Biography

Sarah joined BGF in July 2014 and is based in our Birmingham office.  Sarah provides legal support across all BGF offices supporting deal execution and working with BGF’s community of legal advisors.  She also provides support on BGF corporate matters.

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in growth capital and private equity.  Prior to joining BGF, Sarah spent over 6 years at the Birmingham office of Gateley plc advising on mid-market growth capital and private equity investments.  During this time, she acted for Maven Capital, Inflexion Private Equity, Dunedin and Lyceum Capital as well as other funders and management teams.

Sarah lives in Solihull with her husband and two young daughters.  In her spare time, Sarah enjoys fine dining, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
