Solid Solutions

With BGF funding and support, Solid Solutions was able to make three successful acquisitions and significantly expand its product and service capabilities. We also introduced the team to Colin Garrett, former Chair of Centiq Ltd and BGF-backed Blue Light Card, who joined Solid Solutions as Non-Executive Chair.

In the 18 months after BGF’s initial investment, group revenues doubled and the business now generates an annual turnover in excess of £50m. Following a period of significant organic growth, Solid Solutions was successfully acquired by LDC in 2020.
