Vysiion

Founded by serial entrepreneur Bruce Brain, Vysiion Group was set up to create an IT services provider that could take advantage of the large and rapidly growing public and private sector market for infrastructure and outsourced IT space.

In 2015, BGF invested £4 million into the business. And throughout our partnership, Vysiion saw EBITDA and revenue more than double. In March 2020, Vysiion was acquired by Exponential-e, a cloud, network and unified communications company, in an exit that generated strong returns for all shareholders.
