Zone

In 2015, BGF invested £6 million into Zone, to support the company’s organic and acquisitional growth strategy.

During our partnership, Zone made three acquisitions to strengthen its European presence, and invested in a new head office in London’s Kings Cross to accommodate a larger team. The business was also successful in bringing on board new clients, including Adidas, Aviva, Lloyds Banking Group, Maersk and Stagecoach.

In 2017, Zone was acquired by Cognizant, one of the world’s leading professional services companies, generating a strong return for all shareholders.
