Healthshare serves over 360,000 NHS patients each year. The business specialises in the design and delivery of Integrated Community Clinical Services and Diagnostics across MSK (musculoskeletal), Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Pain, Women’s Health, Podiatry, Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

In December 2024, Connect Health and Healthshare announced plans to merge, creating a new multi-disciplinary provider of healthcare services, spanning musculoskeletal (MSK), surgical services and diagnostic services. The merger is being supported by Connect Health and Healthshare’s existing private equity partners, LDC and BGF.
