Andy McRae joins Tribepad as non-executive chair following £12 million investment

As part of BGF’s £12 million investment into Sheffield-based Tribepad, Andy McRae will join the company as non-executive chair. Tribepad is a recruitment software provider which develops an applicant tracking system for talent acquisition. Andy was appointed to the board following an introduction from BGF’s Talent Network team.

Andy has a long track record of success in leading businesses through high growth, international expansion and sale. Within the BGF portfolio, Andy was chair of Wakefield-based software business 365 Response during its trade sale. He also recently led independent UK advisory firm Results International Group in its sale to US firm Canaccord Genuity.

Andy’s career also includes CEO roles at recruitment firms Hays and RED Global. He was managing director at Healthcare Australia, a specialist healthcare recruiting business based in Sydney.
