BGF invested in Intrapharm in August 2014 and supported the company’s acquisition of three specialist pharma companies: Peckforton Pharmaceuticals, Alvedon, Aquamax.

Following a period of sustained growth, with revenues increasing from £4m to £12m during BGF’s investment, the business was acquired by German pharmaceutical company RIEMSER Pharma GmbH in November 2015 with all shareholders realising a strong return.
