Arlene Adams joins Scottish recruitment tech company Odro as non-executive chair

Arlene Adams has joined BGF portfolio company Odro as non-executive chair following an introduction by our Talent Network team. Founded in 2015, Odro is a Glasgow-based recruitment technology company. It develops video recruitment software and currently has more than 10,000 users on its platform.

Prior to joining Odro, Arlene founded award-winning legal tech firm Peppermint Technology. She previously held numerous managing director and CEO roles at companies including IRIS Software Legal Division and software providers Valista and OLM Group. She was also executive chair and CEO at Objective Manager, a software-as-a-service platform for professional services firms, which achieved a successful exit to software group Litera in June 2021.

As a founder and former-CEO herself, Arlene has experience of leading a business through high growth, international expansion and multiple rounds of funding. This makes her well placed to support Odro’s founder, Ryan McCabe, in accelerating its international growth.
